Are you familiar with the emblematic boats of the Bassin d’Arcachon? Embark on a unique sea outing on one of the area’s gorgeous traditional vessels. The pinasse is a flat-bottomed boat whose bright paintwork brings little touches of colour to the smooth sea. You will see many of them anchored near the shore but why not come aboard for an out of the ordinary trip out onto the bay?

Bike Hire

Thanks to our network of bike rental services, you can enjoy the 60 kilometres of cycle paths that run the length and breadth of the peninsula. Most are relatively flat and shaded. Enjoy the ease and freedom of roaming from north to south, or over to the Bassin d’Arcachon. Ask to have your bikes delivered straight to your house then get out and start pedalling!
