Peace of Mind
Not only does our Platinum Option bring you peace of mind all year round, it is also optimal in terms of organization. Simply provide us with your keys, and we will arrange and manage everything that needs to be done in your property so that all that you have to think about is packing your suitcases!
Home Visits and Inspections
The Platinum Option includes a weekly visit to your property but, if necessary, we can of course go more often.
Visits last about thirty minutes, during which time we pick up the mail and make a thorough inspection to ensure that everything is in order in your home, both inside and outside. We can also read the utility meters.
Detailed Report
We all feel reassured if we can keep an eye on our property. Our service includes a detailed report sent after each visit either by sms or email, according to your preference.
Systematic Visit Following a Storm
Worrying about storm damage is a thing of the past. In case of a storm or inclement weather, we will take care of your property and, afterwards, make a thorough assessment of the house to check for any damage.
Preparation of the property for upcoming stays (two stays per month included)
Make stressful holiday departures a thing of the past! We’ll make sure that everything in your house is ready and waiting for you. We will air all the rooms, have the house cleaned and even arrange for a supermarket delivery for a well-stocked kitchen upon your arrival.
Access to concierge services
As a house owner, you also have access to our concierge services. We seek to respond to your requests with efficiency and adaptability at all times.
If you’d like to try the best oysters the Bassin has to offer, or get a table in one of finest restaurants on the peninsula, or have a private chef cook a delicious meal at home, our concierge service will make it happen. Are you looking to rent bikes, a boat or car? No problem, let us manage the bookings, down to the finest details. Would you like a fitness program for the summer? We can connect you with highly- qualified, tested instructors for a summer of personal achievement and self-improvement.
