If you are fortunate enough to own a home on the Bassin d’Arcachon, you can rely on us to take care of it all year round, for your convenience and peace of mind. We make regular visits to check that everything is in order. We take care of it so that you don’t have to.

Our visits are about thirty minutes long, leaving us the time to thoroughly check the inside and outside of your home, to make sure there are no signs of a forced entry and to check for leaks or any other problems. If required, we will inform you as quickly as possible of any issues that need to be brought to your attention, and set about dealing with fixing them straight away. During these visits, we also check your letterbox and pick up any mail which, if left lying in around, can send a sign that nobody is at home or taking care of the house. And, if you like, we can forward your mail elsewhere. We can also read utility meters when required and switch on the heating in anticipation of you’re arrival. We follow up each visit with a report sent either by email or sms.
